NIPPON SHAFT WINS ADVENTHEALTH CHAMPIONSHIP in KANSAS CITY

CARLSBAD, Calif. (May 24, 2021) – The winner of the AdventHealth Championship used N.S.PRO MODUS3 Tour 130 steel shafts in his irons and N.S.PRO MODUS3 Wedge 125 steel shafts in his wedges on May 23 at Blue Hills Country Club in Kansas City, Mo.

The 24-year-old who played his college golf at Wake Forest shot a 19-under par total with rounds of 64-69-68-68—269 to author his first wire-to-wire victory on the Korn Ferry Tour. He earned $121,500 for the two-shot victory and moved to No. 26 on the KFT rankings. The top 25 at the end of the season earn a spot on next season’s PGA Tour.

It was victory number 235 for the Nippon Shaft Modus series of irons on worldwide professional tours.
