YUTA IKEDA
He started playing golf at the age of 6, won two consecutive Japan Junior Championships and a World Junior Championship at Chiba Gakugei High School, and became a member of the national team in his junior year of high school in 2003. In 2009 and 2010, he won the Japan PGA Championship and in 2014, the Japan Open, becoming the sixth golfer in his 20s since 1974 to win both events. In 2017, he surpassed 1 billion Yen in lifetime earnings, and in 2018 he became the 11th player in history to reach 20 career wins.
He has been competing with N.S.PRO before he turned pro, and has won all of his tournaments with N.S.PRO since turning pro.
He is the first player to serve as the Secretary General of the Players' Association, and continues to contribute greatly to the promotion of the professional golf world.
He will continue to leave his mark as a legend in the world of men's professional golf with his trusted N.S. PRO.
