NIPPON SHAFT WINS in JAPAN

CARLSBAD, Calif. (Nov. 24, 2025) – A 40-year-old Japanese pro used Nippon Shaft steel shafts to author a five-shot victory at the Dunlop Phoenix Tournament at Phoenix Country Club in Japan.
The champion used N.S.PRO MODUS³ Tour Prototype steel shafts in his irons and N.S.PRO MODUS³ Hybrid steel shaft in his utility club to shoot 13-under par 267 with rounds of 67-66-67-67–267.
It was the veteran’s second victory on the JGTO (Japan Golf Tour) and his first since 2016.
