NIPPON SHAFT WINS on LPGA TOUR

ARLSBAD, Calif. (October 3, 2022) – A 26-year-old Englishwoman used Nippon Shaft N.S.PRO MODUS³ Tour 125 steel shafts in her irons and N.S.PRO MODUS³ Tour 120 steel shafts in her wedges to win The Ascendant LPGA on Sunday (Oct. 2) in Texas.

The champion shot a total of 18-under par with rounds of 67-64-71-64—266 – including four birdies on her back nine on Sunday – to win by one stroke at Old American Golf Club in The Colony, Texas. She earned $255,000 for the victory and has now surpassed the $1 million in winnings so far this season. It was her second LPGA Tour victory.
